Workspace content — documents, table rows, files, tool codeTo run the service you asked for. This content is yours. We do not read it, and we do not train any model on it.
Technical logs — IP address, browser, time and result of requestsTo keep the service secure, to find faults, and to stop abuse.

Where the data is stored

Our servers and our object storage are in the European Union. Backups stay in the same region. Some of our processors are outside the European Union; the table below names them.

Who else processes it

Paddle.com Market Ltd — payments, invoices and refunds. Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Google — sign-in, if you choose to sign in with a Google account. Our hosting provider — application servers and the database. Our object storage provider — the files you and your tools upload.

We sell no data. We share nothing for advertising. We hand data to an authority only when the law of the Republic of Armenia requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, export your workspace, or delete your account. Write to support@enigine.app. We answer within 30 days.

How long we keep it

Workspace content stays while the account is open. After the account closes we keep it for 30 days, then we delete it. Technical logs stay for 90 days. Invoices stay as long as tax law requires.

Cookies

We set one cookie to keep you signed in. A second cookie works only during sign-in with Google, and your browser deletes it after. Your interface settings stay in your browser storage; they never reach our servers. We run no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics on the website.
