These terms apply to the website enigine.app and to the ENIGINE service. Read them before you use the service. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1 · Who sells the service
ENIGINE is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Denis Egorenko, TIN 20374749, Manushyan str. 81/1, 0014, Arabkir, Yerevan, Armenia. In these terms, we means that person. You means the person or company that holds the account.
2 · Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle issues the invoice and appears on your bank statement. Paddle adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where the law requires it.
3 · What you get
You get access to the service for the period you pay for. We do not sell the software and we do not transfer any rights in it. You keep all rights to the content you put in your workspace: documents, data, files and the tools your agent ships. You can export your table data to CSV in the app. For a copy of the rest of your workspace, write to support@enigine.app.
Plan limits are shown on the pricing section of our website. We can change the plans and the prices. A price change applies to your next payment period, and we tell you by email at least 14 days before it applies.

You are responsible for what your workspace holds and for what the tools in it do. Do not use the service to:
5 · Liability and warranties
We supply the service as it is. We do not promise that it is free of faults, or that it is available at all times. We are not liable for indirect loss, for lost profit, or for lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Some laws give you rights that these terms cannot remove; those rights stay with you.
Your agent writes the code of your tools. We do not review that code and we are not liable for what it does with your data.
6 · End of access
You can close your account at any time. A paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, or if a payment fails. We write to you by email first, except where a security risk or the law needs immediate action. After an account closes we keep the content for 30 days, then we delete it. Export what you need in that period.
7 · Law and jurisdiction
The law of the Republic of Armenia applies to these terms. The courts of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, settle any dispute.
8 · Contact and changes
Write to support@enigine.app with any question about these terms. We publish a new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change reduces your rights, we send an email at least 14 days before it applies.
